Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the ring setting in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification and documentation.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the setting's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
